Modern slavery statement
Last updated: 27 October 2026
Eagle Nest Security Services Ltd is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chain. We publish this statement voluntarily, in the spirit of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, because the security industry relies on a large workforce that can be vulnerable to exploitation.
Our business
We supply SIA-licensed security officers to clients across the UK, and run our own technology for shift management, attendance and reporting.
How we reduce the risk
- Right to work: we check every officer's right to work in the UK before they start and keep a record of the check.
- Licensing: we confirm every SIA licence on the public register.
- Fair pay: officers are paid at least the legal minimum wage for all hours worked, with clear records of hours available to them in our app.
- No fees to work: we never charge officers a fee for finding them work, and we never hold their passports, identity documents or wages.
- Free choice: officers choose which shifts to accept and can leave at any time with proper notice.
- Suppliers: we expect subcontractors and suppliers to follow the same standards and can end relationships where they don't.
Warning signs we watch for
Officers who appear to be controlled by someone else, have their pay collected by a third party, share one bank account, or cannot access their own documents. Any concern is escalated to a director and, where appropriate, reported to the Modern Slavery Helpline or the police.
Reporting a concern
Anyone can raise a concern with us in confidence. You can also contact the Modern Slavery and Exploitation Helpline on 08000 121 700.
